Score! Pop Up Swap is a roving event series where participants bring their old clothes, records, books, etc, donate on a sliding scale at the door (proceeds go to local community partners), and the items are organized in real-time into different “departments”. Once inside, participants can browse & take whatever they like. The departments are curated by local style partners, and the event features music, food, drinks, nail art, screenprinting, photobooths, etc. All leftover items are donated or recycled to support local organizations and businesses.

The first Score! Pop-Up Swap took place in Brooklyn in 2009 with over 1,600 attendees (here's the backstory). In 2012, Score! came to the west coast, with events at The Bold Italic HQ, California Academy of Sciences, and SF Work & Leisure Club, StrEat Food Park, & The Hall SF.

No two events are alike. Some take place in music venues, warehouses, parks, galleries, festivals, and storefronts. Some have a theme: Music Score!, Score! For Kids, or “stuff my ex left over at my apartment” Score!. But they all achieve the same goal: reducing waste through partying.
