HOW THIS WORKS
You nominate someone who you think is awesome and deserves to be celebrated. If I can make the timing work, I’ll be in touch and we’ll design this experience together.
Step One: Interviews
I’ll interview you and the person you nominate. Ideally I can also interview other friends, coworkers, classmates, neighbors or family members who would want to be involved in the experience too.
Step Two: Inspiration
We’ll get inspired together! This process might include watching movies, taking field trips to special locations or learning indoor skydiving.
It’s really up to you.
Step Three: Prototype
We’ll try different variations of the experience to see what works. I call these “Very Bad Run-Thrus” or VBRTs (Vee-Burts). Over time, they will become “Pretty Good Run Thrus” or PGRTs (Pee-Gurts). The goal is to make mistakes, learn from them, evolve our ideas, and have a great time.
Step Four: Game Time!
We produce the experience for your loved one. There will be laughter, there will be feelings, and there will be excellent music.
Step Five: Debrief.
We come back together and unpack how it went.
Step Six: Pay It Forward
No payment is necessary or expected. However, if you were positively impacted by this experiences and have the means, you can donate whatever feels right here. This will help cover the cost for the next person who is nominated for an experience. If monetary support isn’t your thing, donations of your time and talent to future experiences are also welcome (ex: photography, music, art, operations support, etc).
